I am a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist with a blend of onsite and remote experience in diverse healthcare environments. Currently, I am working at RCM Matter in Islamabad, where I focus on optimizing patient care through medication therapy management and clinical decision support. Previously, I served as a remote Clinical Pharmacist for Oceana Gastroenterology, USA, where I collaborated with healthcare teams to provide tailored pharmaceutical care, ensuring effective treatment plans for patients with complex needs. My earlier role at Hashmi Pharmacy in Islamabad allowed me to build a strong foundation in retail pharmacy, including prescription management and patient counseling. These roles have honed my expertise in clinical practice, patient safety, and evidence-based care, empowering me to contribute meaningfully to healthcare outcomes.
