About Me

I am a dedicated hospitality professional with experience as a Waiter, having worked at Shelton Hotel Mardan in Mardan, Pakistan, from September 2019 to March 2020. My role involved providing attentive service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to a welcoming environment. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Science with a focus on English Language and Literature at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), expected to graduate in 2024. My background in customer service and academic training in English equips me with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering quality service.
