About Me

I am a dedicated Waiter and Order Taker with experience in the restaurant and customer service industries. Since February 2020, I have been working at Kababjees in Karachi, Pakistan, where I am responsible for taking orders, serving customers, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Additionally, I have experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Work BPO in Islamabad, which has strengthened my communication and interpersonal skills. I hold an Intermediate qualification in Arts from Jinnah Islamia College, Rawalpindi, completed in 2019. My diverse experience has equipped me with the ability to deliver excellent service and build strong customer relationships.
