Worked as a IT Senior Specialist at MedSquare, Beirut-Lebanon. Traveled to non-headquarters operational locations for system duties and On sites support.  Deal with suppliers to build a custom Servers - computers that fit their needs  Install & Configure HP iLO remote interfaces for remote server access  Install new/ rebuild existing severs and configure, Services, setting, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and projects/operational requirements.  Installing, configuring, administering and performance tuning Microsoft SQL server 2003 2008-2012-2016 database creation, database security, database Replication/Migration, Database performing Monitoring, user Management, Database Backup/Restoration, Import/Export of SQL Database  Daily monitor of forwarding DICOM gateways to ensure image workflow, image compression & quality.  Managed Windows Server infrastructure of DICOM gateways, DMWL (Dicom Modality Work List) server, HL7 to DICOM broker interfaces. Managed PACS back-end applications, interfaces, as well as process for PACS Web-viewer/CD Viewer.  Supporting and troubleshooting all IT Systems including Windows Server &Client, Firewall, NAS.
