Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist
Worked as Assistant Manager Warehouse and Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist at Future Scientific, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. 1-AS ASSISTANT MANAGER WAREHOUSE Responsibilities: To Ensure Compliance with conditions and Good Distribution Practices. To Store medical/non-medical items as per requirements laid down in Good storage practices(Special focus on Temperature and Humidity). ISO 9001:2015 Compliance. To receive Supply Request Forms from Customers/Clients and arrange/dispatch supplies accordingly. To keep record of allauthorizedsupply requests. To Deal with Regulatory Bodies Like DRAP, NCPC, HDAP, PTA, DQCB etc. To be responsible for all supplies in the warehouses and stores assigned, making sure that the warehouse is secured at all times and that access to the warehouse is limited to only authorize personnel. To be responsible for any shortages or discrepancies in the stock records, and is responsible for the maintenance of all the stock records and/or computer inventory lists; and to make periodic inventory checks, (including physical counting on a monthly basis), and report on any fault finding. Maintenance of Inventory in order to avoid stock-outs and financial losses. Quality Assurance /Quality control of commodities. Report on and, in consultation with others, take appropriate action for the Page 1 of 4 disposal of spoilt commodities. To dispatch goods that have been authorized for dispatch with the proper documents signed, and distribute stock in accordance with the Logistics records. To receive and properly store all non-medical items/Medical items including drugs and consumables and report on the quality, and quantity of the received commodities. To effectively collect and/or receive purchased goods from vendors and store in the warehouse after Logistics Officer/Medical coordinator has approved. To Work with Directors/C.E.O, Warehouse officers, sales and Marketing team for sourcing of Potential customers, new product introduction, Business Development, Manage loophole between demand and Supply. To Participates in defining Strategies for Supply, management, distribution and use of products in line with organization policies. To be able to organize casual workers when required at the warehouse or Store, and provide overall supervision and training of other storekeepers and casual labor, and ensure that staff assigned to the various stores, keep records of the items offloaded/loaded at the warehouses/Store. To produce monthly stock reports to (Logistics Officer)/Pharmacist of all movements of stock in and out of the store using the appropriate form. Assist in the set up a new store and train a new storekeeper for the new store if the need arises. To ensure the maintenance of temperature record for medical commodities as per standard guidelines. To be responsible for following good warehousing practices to ensure that the warehouse is kept in unique order, clean, dry, well ventilated and pest-free at all times. Any other duty assigned by the supervisor/line manager.
Regulatory Affairs Officer(Drugs)
Worked as Regulatory Affairs Officer(Drugs) at Wilson’s Pharmaceuticals, Islamabad, Pakistan. Responsibilities: Preparation of Pharmaceutical Dossiers (CTD, Form-5, Form-5-D and Health and OTC Forms). Updating of DRIS. Renewal of Registered Drugs.
