I am Major (R) Khalid Mahmood Khan Kayani, a seasoned security and administration professional with over 16 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily with Pak-Arab Refinery Company (PARCO)—a leading multinational joint venture between the Government of Pakistan and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. During my tenure at PARCO, I held the position of Management Executive – Security & Administration, where I was entrusted with the protection of critical national infrastructure, including a major oil pipeline stretching from Karachi to Sheikhupura, as well as the Mid Country Refinery at Mehmood Kot. I led a security force of over 150 guards and coordinated operations with local police, civil administration, and intelligence agencies.

Management Executive – Security & Administration
Worked at PARCO Oversaw security operations at Mid Country Refinery (MCR) and along the 870 km oil pipeline from Karachi to Sheikhupura. Managed 150+ security guards and coordinated with 30+ police personnel to protect critical infrastructure. Supervised and controlled movement and documentation of 300+ oil tankers daily, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational continuity. Administered the PARCO Housing Complex (600 residential units), which included schools, a hospital, markets, messes, guest rooms, gym, and community centers. Ensured security for foreign technical staff and delegations, working in coordination with local law enforcement and intelligence agencies. Handled employee vetting, document security, and visitor/material in/out records. Led incident investigations, performed safety audits, and enforced emergency preparedness protocols. Provided security for educational institutions like The City School – PARCO Chapter and sensitive corporate events. Maintained liaison with district administration, civil defense, key point installations, and intelligence services for strategic risk mitigation.
