Worked at Soybean Crushing Co & Derivatives – Yanbu Al Bahr, Saudi Arabia Manage day-to-day operations of a 300 TPD edible oil refinery (Desmet Ballestra). Oversee refinery processes including soybean oil refining, degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization, and dewaxing. Coordinate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations. Prepare detailed production, consumption, and shift reports.
