I worked as Store Incharge at Pak National Distributors BWP. (Nestle Handling). Duringmytenureat Nestlé, I oversawinbound and outbound operations with FEFO, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy and reconciled physical stock with the system (DMS vs NPDMSorSalesflo), maintaining traceability throughout the supply chain.  Ifollowedsafety protocols and Good WarehousePractices (GWP) for smooth operations. I have successfully completed three international audits with Nestlé's compliance standards.  Ialsoverified Non-Confirming Goods (NCG) received daily from SDs, ensuring compliance with Nestlé’s standards and ensuring timely returns of non compliant goods to the company.  Additionally, I prepared daily sales invoices, managed TTS (Total Trade Spend) spending within the approved budget, and handled additional tasks related to the key punch operator (KPO) role, ensuring accurate data entry in system, and updating parties Debit / Credit and also sending the trial balance to MD on a daily basis.  Ialsoconductedaudits of SDs, whereI did stock counts and calculated their stock investments to estimate their value.  Iverified the GoodWarehouse Practices (GWP) of the SDs warehouse and prepared a detailed report, which I submitted to the Managing Director (MD) for review.
