Worked as a HSE OFFICER at PAKISTAN OIL FIELD LIMITED (Pakistan). Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities • Provide HSE advice to management, crew and Client personnel as required. This includes being on site at crew start-up, conducting HSE training programs, hazard identification, and accident investigation and follow up. • Continuously inform and educate crew and office personnel on safe work practices and HSE procedures and training requirements. • Participate in the development and application of the Safety Management System as part of the Quality Assurance Program. Inspect and report on the capabilities of a crew to assure consistent high HSE awareness. Promote continuous improvement of safe working practices. Coordinate and oversee information gathering and make presentations on Company’s HSE capability. • Maintain the EEP/QHSSE Audit data. These included, but not limited to, the monthly statistics, QHSSE training HSE report, Auditing system, the management participation-tracking sheet. With the objective of improving safety and environmental performance in a cost effective manner, assist in continuous improvement of Safety programmed to ensure they comply with or exceed Company and Client standards. • Track and monitor the progress, actions, and reviews, close out and open actions. • Monitor and report key monthly statistics and ensure it is reported to the region in a timely manner • Providing the directives for waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, and various compliance activities in all areas of HSE. • Conduct the risk assessment. • Participate, Conduct and report the incident and accident investigation and providing recommendations for corrective actions where required. • Conduct the HSE inspection of crew equipment and recommend improvement areas and remedial actions
