About Me

I worked as a Captain/Waiter at Envoy Continental Hotel in Islamabad from February 2022 to March 2023. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the service team, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and providing high-quality service to guests. I took orders, served food and beverages, and addressed any customer concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction. As a Captain, I also coordinated with kitchen staff and other team members to maintain a seamless dining experience, while training and mentoring junior staff to uphold service standards. My time at the hotel allowed me to develop strong leadership and customer service skills.
